In this week's episode, Sam and Gina revisit the topic of fear and how their perspectives on it have shifted in the last year. They openly share about the common experience of coming to awareness about one's patterns and then falling into judgment of those very patterns. On the healing journey, this is a phase that becomes all too familiar. While you may be coming into awareness of all that needs "healing," is it your ego or your soul that is addressing those wounds?

The ego often responds with frustration, urgency and judgement. "Ugh...I'm so f*cked up!" This, again?!" "What's wrong with me???" But how would your soul respond? Can you find a loving response to what is painful?
