For fat loss, it doesn't matter what program you do. It is completely irrelevant. For muscle gain, it changes a little bit mainly based on your level of how high of a level training you are. After those two years, if you really want to specialize in physique based training and building lots of muscle, especially in isolated muscle groups that's when it will make a bigger difference.
