The Ups and Downs of Industrial Space

Every lease that we've signed, it's been at a higher rate than the one before. We're not competing with those people. And so like you said, there there has been little to no rebuilding of kind of our little niche. Even if there was and tenant demand has gone nowhere but continue to climb.
