When i brush my teeth, i walk. And then am, when i talk on the phoam, cause i sayes rona. So when i'm talking to clients, i'll just pace. And those are two things, like, some people are like, wandering around their kitchen at night, trying to get in their last few steps. But i feel more normal if i just sem like if i'd o have to take a call, i'll like walk round while i'm brushing my teeth. Little things make up huge difference after like, six months, yets. It's crazy. I know you're right, emmy, it is. A makes a big difference
