How do you broach that as a team, asas a strategy? Well, the easy part is to set the intention. We kind of write down, by this date, our goals to have this type of work. And so then i break that down into smaller chunps. What i'm working on today is a series of joint ventures where i can reach out to other relationships who are more mature in that sector than i am.
