What I Learned About Production Brewing
I wanted more of that pub life that I had in Vermont. But those are harder jobs to find sometimes. There's just less people that work in those areas. So we picked Colorado and I came out here to help get a brewery off the ground for their production facility, which was odd 13 growing. We were set up to make about 15,000 barrels a year but never really hit that cap while he was there. It was also a great learning experience so I learned a ton. The world of hops and using hops and all the different hop products is always changing, still changing.
