How to Train a Hip Hinder
A fundamental relationship exists between strength and power, which dictates that an individual cannot possess a high level of power without first being relatively strong. A dead lift is going o using more muscles in the human body than most other movements that are available out there. The dudleff scan'l work more muscles than any other movement while locking in that hip strategy when performed correctly. So who should be training the dead lift? Why are people not training it? It's likely due to fear of injury. We have to take a step back and remember that injuries are far too complex,. our systems are too dynamic to blame it on one movement or isolation.
