Naveen: There are basically two options inflexumab at a couple different dosing regimens. Cyclosporin is the other option and we can probably leave it at that if you do have a patient like this the GI team should be following very closely in each institution will probably have an individual protocol they follow for that dosing regimen. Vivian: I just want to reassure the uh listeners that this is iBD is can be an intimidating topic with with a lot there and especially with all the biologics. Naveen: It's important to spend a time up front using your history your physical exam skills to do your best in distinguishing UC and Crohn's disease
