i ate pretty well, ike when i was cause the first default when you're injured on the couch and feeling sorry for yourself is to just order burges and peter all day. I like, no, if i just eat as healthy as possible, it's probly going to speed this recovery process up. But paying attention to that stuff, it makes you feel better. Like making an effort. It seems business net working group doesn't sound good. Most people think that d they don't associate it with good connotations. We'e trying to get helthy if ny machines put in. So i think they were thepople that help get action to actually get healthier
