Megan: How can someone know if they are maybe over fueling for their performance. Megan: I think in my experience most people are under fueling but there certainly are a lot of places that people are probably mistakenly over fueling. If we don't have consistency with our nutrition we may be overdoing it on the weekends and then trying to make up for it during the week. Some people still have that mentality of like I ran long today I can eat whatever I want, she says.
