The unaware leader, you can't help if they're not aware of how they affect people. What works against self awareness is a lot of oftentimes humility. A really good leader may believe that what who's gonna watch me? I'm justJustMe. Well, everyone is watching you because you're the leader. And so there's there's an impact piece that we need to realize.
