I've Been Meditating Since I Was 15 or 16

I've been meditating since I was say 15 or 16 and the book John imma pop has had a profound influence on my life. The first thing I do every morning in a dedicated way is to separate myself from whoever's around to go even if it means just going into the bathroom for five minutes of reading meditation. It takes an immense amount of dedication to stay focused on meditation but anyone can do it, he says. He finds that one simple practice of five minutes a day and it is five minutes is immensely powerful.
