Chris Bailey: Calm is one of the most powerful tools that we can possibly have at our disposal for doing good work and living a good life. I think it's the most underrated ingredient for productivity during a time as anxious as the one that we're in right now. calm leads us away from burnout. It improves our cognitive performance. And so I would really encourage people to consider the things that may be affecting their productivity that they don't necessarily realize.
