Do Type One and Type Two Fascinate in Response to Training?

In general, at the extreme level, is a body builder's hypertrophy more explained by type one or type two fibres? Or are they both massive relative to anybody else? I would probably the increase in both. Some people have suggested that type one might grow a little bit more with lo training, but i'm not convinced on that yet. Both of them will grow in response to both types of exercise.
