The Importance of Waking Up Thoughts
When we're suffering, we're caught in a looping of thoughts and shearms. Our habitual thought patterns where we wander to is usually fear based. Wandering does not correlate with happiness. And it keeps a certain mood going in our heart, in our body. It requires mindfulness to recognize thoughts, thoughts, and we have to train them.
