Kate: We're finding that there's even little peaks of bias hiding in just the way people write. It does feel like we're kind of fractally zooming in on smaller and smaller pieces of bias. She recommends playing around with bullet points if you don't need to use them, but also encourage multiple people to score your answers so they can be averaged out. Kate: Over time basically the system is always self-learning around even those small latent biases.
