I noticed that when i was pressing my left side, i was geting a little lazy. I wasn't finishing my press with my bicip on my ear. So maybe it could be just that simple. Try three days a week for about two or three weeks. Do the swings and get ups as warm up for the double cleaning, press and squat stuff. On day two, do the double clean press and squats as the warm up for a harder swing workout,. Day three, repeats.
