Restaurant Work Is a Dance, Isn't It?
Nobody can cook anything without the expeditor calling it out. The kitchen now knows that they have to cook more seriously, if that makes any sense. If you're able to order, well, right, that's a huge thing. That changes sort of the scope. It actually is unbelievable that this works in many, many kitchens, and works really well. I think it contains so much information, so much more information than most people realize.
