The Three Versions of Keto

There's three versions of keto. I like something called protein cycling where you're bringing in protein every every couple hours. We really need carbohydrates for thyroid health. So if somebody's got a thyroid problem, I will take their version of keto and put it up to 75 net carbs or up to 100 net carbs.
