How to Succeed as a Basketball Player
Sprinting is not a great place to go build coordination. If you have big backside mechanics, especially at top end speed, that's when the strain on the hamstring goes through the roof. Some of these general traits can eventually transfer over to stuff like single leg jumping. But I don't have every basketball player do a ton of top end sprinting because some of them just aren't very good at it.
