How Do You Come Up With SaaS Apps?

A lot of people get stuck in this loop at that phase where they're really excited to go work on something and they're really motivated. And they just don't know what idea to work on. Do you have any sort of philosophy about how to come up with ideas? Zapier was really the only one that we seriously consider. We had a few different things.
