The recommended amount of protein for the elderly is 30 to 55 grams per meal. But some people are encouraged to drink boost or insure drinks that maybe have ten grams of soi protein, and then they have lots of sugar,. It would make a lot more sense to have a very high biological value protein like away um. If we skew the perspective of individuals in mid life, as they age, they typically take their patterns with them... i'm afraid to see what the next generation of elderly look like.
