How to Run a Monthly Product Review

I have a set of 12 questions that I ask in every product review and there's a very strict guidance of like you cannot move on to question two until you've sufficiently answered question one. Question one starts off with who is your target user? And I love to in that context of who your target user is bringing that classic enterprise rent-a-car example. It kind of started by making a very, very opinionated bet on who your targetuser is and allows you to compete on dimensions other services and tools just find irrelevant.
