How to Start Anti-Quagulation Post-Op
The American College of Chess Physicians released its 2022 guidelines on perioperative anti-quagulation management while we were working on this episode. For low to moderate bleeding risk surgery, you can consider resuming doe acts as soon as post-op day one. And for higher bleeding risk surgery,. it's best to wait until at least post- op day two or three. chess recommends that you start within 24 hours of surgery since it'll take a few days before the person even reaches therapeutic levels.
