SMS Is an Intimate Channel
The last thing you want to do is blast a customer from multiple different channels at the same time. I think there's certain message, SMS is an intimate channel. You can A B test email and SMS saying like 50% of customers will get an SMS,. 50% will get an email and let's see what that does for broader LTV for conversion on that specific message. That's the future of kind of this kind of communication in my opinion.
