Is it always the best relationships that move on and turn into fans, or have there been not so great relationships as well? We definitely see that we get salespeople that we are not working with directly, but who are the benefactors of our efforts. And those are always pleasant surprises. But also, again, reinforces the idea that you've got to maintain that fan base...you just never know where the next opportunity come from.
