Release the Tension in the Sit Bones, the Buttocks, All That

Just allow yourself to fully sink into whatever you're seated upon so that there's no resistance. Try to release any just held tension and then also see if we can put aside all the momentum of the day. Just incline our breath to be a little bit longer, more complete on the in breath and more soft, extended subtle on the exhalation. All of this together, we're trying to create a slightly more comfortable internal experience.
