How to Prove a Disgruntled Employee
"We just want to know if we get sued, can I go back and prove that this person is a disgruntled employee?" "What's the threshold where they're willing to switch or adopt something new? Cause again, it's like, oh, maybe like, um, I don't think I can see," he says of HR departments. 'If it's not number one, it's number two,' she adds. "'How can they recognize their employees with your tool?' It's figuring out all that stuff."
