With value-based advertising, you've got to have a lot of conversations. Sometimes agencies shy away from that but with cost plus they're always the most expensive. The sector model is just to cut everything investments, as well as costs. Agencies and marketing services are not the only branch of what we'll generously call professional services. You know, belatedly, I think the UK is sort of pushing a sort of training agenda. But in the time it takes, I don't think that alone will solve the problems.
