AI-Driven Relationship Coaching App Targets Young Adults

Former CEO of Tinder, Renata Nieborg, raised a pre-seed funding round for her AI-driven relationship coaching app. The amount was not disclosed, but its backers include Megan Jones-Bell, the clinical director of mental health at Google and Jim Lanzon, the CEO of Yahoo. In an interview with recodes Peter Kafka, Nieborg explained that from her own market research, young men felt more comfortable using some of the features because they knew it was AI,. thus allowing them to ask vulnerable questions.
