Inclusion is really creating a space where everybody feels that they can share their opinions, and those can be valued and heard. It's having ideas appropriated or being spoken over? And i think as leaders, when we're thinking about inclusive leadership, one of the challenges has been called death by a thousand paper cuts. We have to be vulnerable, and we're going to make mistakes along the way. Don't be afraid of the messy middle. You have to get through it to get to a better place at the end.
