How Dan and Reese Train for Triathlon
I enjoy to train really hard I kind of get a little buzz from every workout that I'm able to do well at and I feel like that's enough for me. We have the science will occasionally do the lab testing occasionally use lactate for my training. I would just from entirely on feel and be able to exactly the pace that I needed again and again and again so I feel like internally I have that feeling like I know what zone I'm in and I don't always need that validated by always my lactate this. This year was the first year where I've really done a nice consistent high volume block of work and I'd only just started to bring that intensity back in
