Get off those inspirational blogs and web sites, pod casts and youtube channels. Don't go to creative talks to hear from people you admire or who run successful businesses. Be alone and ignore everyone else. To stop the endless comparison, you'l find your anxiety starts to lift when you're not constantly being bombarded by greatness. And then learn to be ok with doing enough. This is another part of the cure for this drive to do it all,. That that is wearing us out and wearing us down.
