"It's such an amazing time to be a runner, I feel like just because all of these products are coming on the market and the entire running market is just becoming more mature," he says. "I wish all these products were around 10 years ago when I was sort of at my peak and racing at, you know, running my PRs" He recommends taking in 60 to 75 grams of carbohydrate per hour for a marathon or half-marathon.
