The Importance of Price Anchoring
Mark Twain said in order to make a man covet a thing, it's only necessary to make the thing difficult to obtain. He does kind of say that governments need to intervene and regulate for this irrationality. But what if the governments are irrational? Now you've just magnified the problem. And so he doesn't really consider the other side as we'll get into in a couple in a couple chapters.
