PayPal co-founder and former CEO, Keith Schoenfeld talks about how the company got stuff done when it was smaller. He shares his management philosophy of managing people by inputs, not outputs. The idea is that if you judge people by Outputs, they won't take on more difficult tasks. And so to incentivize someone to go to mars, gauge quality of their work in getting close to going there.
