One of the top tools that you have to reinforce the culture is through your one-on-ones. You can move them, but you cannot lose them. Deleting it says, I don't care. So even if you're like, everybody loves nothing, they have to lose anything you use once. These will be equally as detrimental as they can be good if you get any of these things wrong.
