A lot of characters speak with american accents as well. It's a deliberate choice in the game where the so called cathonic characters, those native to the underworld, speak with a british accent. Zagreus we explain, you know, he kind of got it from his dad, even though he's technically born in the underworld. All the characters have relationships with other characters. Everybody's got a relationship with you, and everything unfolds in such a pleasurable way. The main reason to exist in a story is to add something to the story that no other character adds.
