An 86 year old woman who would continue to call every single day about a quoton quot issue, ritit and saying, hey, can i talk to tony? Because i he really didn't solve my bem. And she just liked chats with them for a quick minute because she was lonely and she was bored. I mean, if they are not a client, that's a whole nother issue. But if they are a client, then just give hem a little love, as long as you're not going to sit on a phone call for 30 minutes. It gona goes back to the zaples experience, like, how do you continue ad value?
