The Benefits of Protein Shakes
I'm also a big fan of protein pudding. I eat that, for example, when I see I don't have enough protein for the day. It helps me a lot as well. You're somewhere that eating rice makes you sleepy. Did you ever notice anything like that? Yeah. Recently, I just figured out that the biggest killer of my productivity is lunch. So I'm actually trying to eat either nothing or very little for lunch and then see... I see myself that I can do more and get study better.
