How Do You Prevent Fatigue?

Reht: Neron theory is that whenas your muscle fatigues, the signal from the goldy tendon organ basically becomes weaker and weaker. And then the signal, you know, was turned off. And your muscle is then relaxed, or is no longer actively contracting the motor. Reht: Make sure that as you are engaging in this level of activity that's going to fatigue you, we want to make sure that you're not doing things that are going to contribute to too much fatigue too quickly. Take steps to make yourself as fatigued resistant as possible givein the demands of your event.
