The first domino was me paying this UK factory right a bunch of money up front right okay so and then I'd committed to retail value of like two million quid's worth of signs which is the stuff they couldn't fulfill. And even the stuff they did fulfill was fucking 16 weeks late and the customer already already had a refund so it's just classic e-commerce this should be like an NBA case study in what not to do when you're growing but I had zero advice around me zero. "I'm sat there with Fred telling him it's got it's going wrong he kind buys me he's not experienced either" says Mr O'Neill.
