In chapter one, i really enjoyed it. You talk about what, what does inner chatter comprise of how and why does it exist? And when i think intervention is needed, i lot ou talking about there relates to some of which you outline in chapter one. But aside from that, i wish i was thoroughly absorbed in chatter. Yes, i think this is a very powerful a set of findings,. The perceptions that we a reality an influence how we feel, rather than reality itself.
