How to Train for Joint Health
I like to pair different joints with my primary goal of the day. Mobility exercises are about taking the joint through the active range of motion that you have, you know, capacity to do with minimal pain. Sometimes you might have a little pain and working through a little pain can be productive. You don't always want to avoid all pain. Otherwise problems can reiterate and compound over time.
