My mamma had convinced me, shesied, if you li lift too much weights, like, it'll stunt your growth. So my compromise was, ias, like, i just won't lift too much weight with the lower body,. But upper body, sovadly fine. My bench went from freshmnerwas like 60 pounds, to by senoyer, it was like around two 50. And a, also, i got a lot faster too. Like, my forty time went from five, six, seven till i five oish, do you know? It helped, but i still was pretty terrible at football, you know.
