I just finished a book by near al called indistractible, bringing him on the show as well. He talks about when something like a trigger or a habit that we're trying to break, there's basically internal and external triggers. And i do think it's fascinating, because it can make you realize if your overeating experience is coming from a place of needing more nutrients rather than an unsatisfied craving for whatever reason.
