"I'm glad you brought up your point it's dying a little bit but that hustle culture if you see like the one or two entrepreneurs i wake up at 4am every day so i can start working at 4am i guess maybe maybe there's some room there," says trainer. "You're not gonna put pressure on yourself to fall asleep the night before workout later in the day whenever you have the availability try that for two weeks and see if you're able to fall asleep better", he adds. 'If that is you try sleeping in two extra hours because you're probably gonna get a lot deeper better sleep'
