I always recommend that you start small, just so you can prove to yourself, ok, i know i'm capable of consistency. I don't care if it's the smallest kind of consistency, like, i will definitely wake up without snoozing my alarm, that could be enough for the next month. If you prove to yourself that you can wake up withoutsnoozing your alarm, you'll be amazed at how much your mind starts expand on what else you're capable of doing. And it starts to snowball very, very, very quickly. It's not like r k, it's 30 days doing this and then 30 day. It's compounding the stuff that you can do
