The Importance of Loyalty

When I was raised you would have been a pariah. Loyalty is a dubious term, right? When it comes to being loyal to an organization for multiple decades and you feel like they weren't loyal to you. Well, anybody who's looking to build their career like you built yours, your book is a playbook. You can't expect that to happen if you're not willing to do the same in return. It's our collective roles to serve one another. That goes up and down and across hierarchies.
