How to Measure Resonance Frequency

When a person breethes at their resinance frequency rate, which is typically between four and half and six and a half breaths per minute, the cardio vascular system will resonate. When breathing at this resonant frequency rate, the barrow reflex system is stimulated and strengthened again. The more frequently we train using our resonance frequency training, the more easily we can tap into the low frequency band. If we train this style of breathing and pace of our breathing on a daily basis, our body is going to most easily adapt - but it's going to take consistent practice.
